Two modernly designed villas
Location: Kožino, Croatia
Due to the big interest in our first project, we decided to launch one more project with two modernly designed villas in Kožino. This time we also tought of everything: approximately twenty meters away from the clear sea and the beach, close to shops, cafés and restaurants, and a view of Zadar archipelago.
Both objects have simmilar construction. They consist of one big apartment on the ground floor with the private pool.
The first floor occupies two seperate apartments with a terrace, while the penthouse is located on the second floor with a terrace and a private pool.
To each apartment belongs two parking spaces in the mutual underground garage which is connected to every floor with the elevators.
