The Privlaka II project is a luxurious building on the first row next to the clear sea and a landscaped promenade in a town near Zadar.
Six residential units are arranged in such a way that two are located on each floor. The ground floors have their own private courtyards with heated swimming pools, while the apartments on the first floor have an unobstructed view of the Zadar archipelago. At the top of the building there are roof terraces reserved for penthouse tenants.
